Features
MonoAdmin gives your staff one place to see, moderate and manage a FiveM server, on the web and inside the game.
Players
Know who is on your server and who they really are.
- Search online and offline players by name, server ID or identifier
- Profiles with Overview, IDs, Sessions, Linked, Punishments, Notes, Tracking and Logs tabs, plus Character and Vehicles on ESX, QBCore and Qbox
- Linked accounts come with a confidence level, so you can see how strong each link is
- A dashboard with live numbers and quick actions, and a map of the countries your players connect from
Moderation
Punish in the right way, and make it stick.
- Ban, kick, warn, voice mute, text mute and community service
- Sticky bans also block linked accounts: a shared license, Discord or Steam account, or several shared hardware tokens
- Your server keeps a local copy of every ban and checks joining players against it first, so bans hold without the cloud
- An optional fail-closed setting refuses everyone while MonoAdmin is unreachable
- Other resources, an anticheat for example, can issue bans, warnings and kicks once you name them in your settings
- Voice and text mutes work with the built-in voice, pma-voice and the default chat
Map & Tracking
See where everyone is, where they went and what is lying around.
- Live player positions on the GTA map, refreshed as often as your plan allows
- Tracking keeps the route of every visit, with a replay and the places a player stayed
- Vehicles, NPCs and objects on the map: select them with a click or a drag, then delete in bulk
- Find a player on the map by name or server ID
Player Monitor
Watch what players see, live, and capture it when you need proof.
- Several live player screens at once; how many depends on your plan
- Video goes through a relay, so staff and players never see each other's IP address
- Capture a screenshot of an online player on demand
- Screens show what the player's client chooses to send: good evidence, not proof
Reports & Discord Tickets
Give players one way to speak up, and your staff one place to answer.
- Players type /report in game and the screenshot of what they saw comes with it
- Work a report in the panel, in the in-game menu or in Discord
- A Discord bot opens reports as tickets in your own Discord server
- Report images, screenshots and ticket files are kept together under Files
Staff & Team
Give people the access they need and see what they do with it.
- Team members, invitations and roles with fine-grained permissions
- Nobody can grant a permission they don't hold or change their own role
- Two-factor sign-in, and a list of your active sessions
- Staff Activity scores each member against your targets for actions, time in game and reports handled, with a day-by-day chart and a weekly pattern by hour
- An audit log of every staff action, searchable, with the in-game ones marked
Logs & Analytics
Find out what happened, and spot what is changing.
- Server Logs put connections, kicks, staff actions, chat, commands, items and money on one timeline
- Analytics charts for players, the economy, jobs, crashes and disconnects
- Webhooks take log lines from other tools; a script that posts to a Discord webhook only needs the URL swapped
- How far back you can look depends on your plan
Characters, Vehicles & Inventory
Fix a player's character without touching the database yourself.
- Edit identity, job, gang, money, position, metadata and inventory, for players online or offline
- Owned vehicles can be impounded, released, deleted and restored
- Inventory editing works with ox_inventory, and with qb-inventory on QBCore
- Available on ESX, QBCore and Qbox, with oxmysql started before MonoAdmin
Server Tools
Run the whole server, not just single players.
- Announcements to every player, and shouts that pop up for one
- Server-wide cleanups of vehicles, NPCs or objects, and clearing the area around a staff member
- An entity browser to find and delete individual entities
- Heal everyone, move players between routing buckets and teleport them
- Files in one place: screenshots, report images and ticket files
Customization
Make MonoAdmin fit how your team works.
- A switchboard turns whole modules or single staff actions off for everyone, the owner included
- Display options for how notifications, announcements and shouts look in game
- 8 themes, in the web panel and in game
- Time zones: one for the project, and a personal one if you want it
- Email and Discord direct-message notifications, and a layout that works on a phone
